When you purchase a ticket, it includes admission to the selected session only; breakfast, hot lunch, and snacks will be provided if stated on your ticket; and will list relevant session materials.
We accept the following payment methods during our online registration process:
- Credit card: we accept MasterCard and Visa. You must supply the credit card’s correct billing address for the charge to go through.
Last but not least, your registration must be paid prior to the event.

An educational discount of 30% off the current pricingis available to anyone who works at or attends an educational institution. To take advantage of this discount, please contact us via email at email@example.com to ask for our educational discount code. Discounts cannot be combined (except with our early bird discount). Please do not register before you receive your discount code, as discount codes cannot be added on after you have registered for your event.
Group discounts are available. For groups of more than five, you pay for five people and the sixth person attends free. To take advantage of this discount, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for our group discount code. Discounts cannot be combined (except with our early bird discount).
Substitutions And Cancellations
You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in writing no later than two days before the event you are registered for. Your request must include your name and email address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place. Once we receive this information, a confirmation letter will be sent to the new person.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so in writing no later than two weeks before the event you are scheduled for. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of an event, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will be responsible for the full registration fee.
If your event is cancelled, coLearn will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions. Any fees incurred by cancellations of related commitments, including but not limited to travel and hotel reservations, cannot be paid by coLearn and are your responsibility.
Instructors & Schedule
Although we make every effort to nail down our event schedule, life happens and circumstances are sometimes beyond our control. Thus, all classes, events and general scheduling are subject to change without notice.
The contact and personal information we collect about you will never be shared outside of coLearn or Okanagan coLab. We may from time to time share aggregate data with our sponsors, but in all such cases, this data will be made fully anonymous.
We may photograph or videotape instructors and attendees for use in online or printed promotions. By virtue of your attendance, you grant us the right to take such photos or videos and to use your likeness in such materials.

coLearn is a professional, inclusive event that respects all individuals regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, ethnicity, or religion or lack thereof. So please don’t be nasty or mean to yourself or others. Be nice. Be considerate. Be civil. It’s easy.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the event organizing team. If you cannot immediately find any organizers, please find a member of the venue staff and ask them to get in touch with us quickly.
